This dish is done if everything is still hot, otherwise place in the oven at 350 degrees until hot.

Gingersnap Rhubarb Crisp

Here is another great recipe that comes from mom's recipe cards. This recipes calls for two pounds of tenderized stew meat, one big can of mushroom soup and one package of Lipton onion soup mix. Place the beef stew meat in a casserole dish and add the Lipton onion soup and the mushroom soup. Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for two hours.

Serve with potatoes, Brown and Serve Buns, and green beans.

If you do not like all the onion taste, you can use a strainer to separate the mix and then add just a little back into the bowl with the mixture in the strainer.

This recipe is great for a quick meal for the family and for special guests that come to dinner.

Pork Chops and Gravy

This recipe is awesome. All you need is six pork chops and a big can of mushroom soup. Place the pork chops in a casserole bowl and cover with the mushroom soup. Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour. If you have the time and want the pork chops to be really tender, bake for an hour at 350 degrees and then turn down the oven to 250 degrees for another hour.

Serve with potatoes, Grand Butter Buns and a vegetable such as green beans or corn. Make the buns in the oven after the pork chops are done. The pork chops will stay nice and hot.

This is one meal that can be served to the family or to guests. It is a great meal to make when you have little time to make dinner.
